Return & Refund Policy

🔄 1. Replacement & Refund

• Faulty or non-working spare parts will be replaced.
• If a replacement is unavailable, the cost of the part will be refunded.
• Refunds are processed within 2–3 working days after the returned part is received, verified, and tested to match the original product.

🚚 2. Return Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges in both replacement and refund cases. Courier charges will be shared with the customer at the time of dispatch.

📅 3. 15-Day Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 15 days from the date of delivery.

The item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as received.
• Returned with its original packaging.
• Some sale or discounted items may not be eligible for return.

Only defective or damaged products are eligible for exchange. Replacement products will be dispatched within 15 working days, subject to availability.

❌ 4. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests are accepted only on the same day the order is placed and before the seller has processed or shipped the order.

Once the order has been shipped or is out for delivery, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
