Orders are usually delivered within 10–12 working days from the date of order/payment confirmation, or as agreed during order confirmation, subject to courier and postal service timelines.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities. Deliveries will be made only to the shipping address provided during checkout. Shipping confirmation and order updates will be sent to your registered email address.
Any shipping charges paid by the customer or charged by the platform are non-refundable.
